    Michael helped us buy a house in Boerne recently. Like others I discovered Michael on YouTube, where he gives you the full run down on 90% of your San Antonio real estate questions. One reason I'd highly recommend him is on day of touring homes he is like your pre inspector while you have starry eyes looking at the home. Some of the homes we looked at had multiple issues or weird things that I did not catch on first glance, he has a very keen eye. I would have been paying out of pocket for inspection discovering it then if he had just talked up everything we saw and not pointed it out. He is also good with assumable loans which 90% of realtors will not be, or say they are and after you sign with them turns out you are their first one. He is a good guy and I didn't feel pressured to look at things beyond budget. In fact we settled on the most affordable one we looked at. My kids are still asking where he is "I miss Mr. Michael" "where is Mr. Michael?" I think they thought he came with the home.

    Michael was great to deal with. I was moving to Texas Hill Country from another state, and didn't know much about the different cities and towns. Michael gave me invaluable info about the differences between them, the pros and cons, and made strong recommendations. While I ended up buying a new home rather than asking him to find me a "used" one, he was really helpful in terms of setting up the inspection for me (finding a reliable inspector, too), dealing with the builder, and reviewing the paperwork to protect me.     Short version: You will not find anyone better than Michael. No pressure, supportive, patient, invested in your best interest and even took the time to help us fix things unrelated to the closing that had no benefit for him. Full Review: I was in the market to buy a house. I had a realtor for some time but was not completely happy; I felt like I was bothering her, and my money "wasn't enough" to afford a home. I found Michael through a youtube video and decided to contact him. That was the best decision ever. He was terrific all along. He always had my back and best interest in mind. We toured several homes. First time I gave him a list of homes that another realtor told me was unavailable. Magically, they weren't. Michael arranged a tour to see all of them from one day to the next to accommodate my days off. He was looking out for things like materials in the home, the construction company who made the house, foundation issues, etc. He kept an eye out for everything I did not know. We put in an offer that did not go through due to a better offer. He arranged two more tours with 4 to 5 homes each. On the last one, I was giving up on finding a house like that first one and was going to put an offer on another home that wasn't 100% what I wanted. He noticed how I felt without me saying it. He opened the doors to keep looking—never pushing, never trying to go for a fast commission, and never making me feel my budget was insufficient. Throughout the process, I thought he cared and was invested in finding the best home that better fits us. His words, "if you don't see yourselves living and enjoying this home, we keep looking. We will find it". Those words alone made me feel good. Buying a home is super stressful, and he helped alleviate that burden. I would recommend no other than him if you are on the market to buy a home. I got my dream home, closed on that first house I loved, and he is still there if I have any questions. He even contacted me a few weeks later to arrange the repair of a broken item left by a third party. That didn't have anything to do with him yet; he took care of organizing it all for me. He even found me a plumber to do the job!!! Have no words to express how good Michael is.
