Michael helped us buy a house in Boerne recently. Like others I discovered Michael on YouTube, where he gives you the full run down on 90% of your San Antonio real estate questions. One reason I'd highly recommend him is on day of touring homes he is like your pre inspector while you have starry eyes looking at the home. Some of the homes we looked at had multiple issues or weird things that I did not catch on first glance, he has a very keen eye. I would have been paying out of pocket for inspection discovering it then if he had just talked up everything we saw and not pointed it out. He is also good with assumable loans which 90% of realtors will not be, or say they are and after you sign with them turns out you are their first one. He is a good guy and I didn't feel pressured to look at things beyond budget. In fact we settled on the most affordable one we looked at. My kids are still asking where he is "I miss Mr. Michael" "where is Mr. Michael?" I think they thought he came with the home.
